- What guest capacity can Salvia host?
- Weddings and private retreats of 10–60 guests. The full property buyout covers all fourteen suites (sleeping up to 32 guests on-site, with partner B&B arrangements for overflow). For seated dinners the limit is 60, for ceremony-only up to 80 on the lawn.
- Where on the estate can the ceremony take place?
- Four working sites: the cypress allée, the herb garden, the olive grove at sunset, and the stone wine cellar for small, weather-proof ceremonies. Most couples choose one for the ceremony and another for the aperitivo.
- Is full buyout required, or can we share the property?
- Buyout is required for weddings over 25 guests, and is recommended for any wedding. For elopements and very small retreats (under 10) the property can remain open to other guests. We will tell you plainly on the first call which model suits your dates.
- How does shoulder-season pricing work?
- March, April, October and the first three weeks of November carry the lowest direct rates, with the Direct Booking Best Price guarantee of 12% below any OTA listing applied automatically at quote time. May and September are shoulder-peak; June through mid-September is peak.
- Can you handle dietary requirements on-site?
- Yes. The kitchen cooks everything to order from estate-grown and regional produce, and our two chefs routinely handle vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style and allergy-specific menus. A pre-event dietary call with your coordinator is standard.
- How quickly will I hear back after I inquire?
- During business hours (09:00–19:00 CET) the average response time is under 22 minutes. Outside hours, you will hear back by 10:00 the next morning. A real coordinator, named in the reply — never an autoresponder.
